House Passes   H.R. 4923, the FY 2015 Energy & Water Appropriations   Bill   - On a   bipartisan vote of 253-170, the bill totals $34 billion  a $50 million   reduction from the fiscal year 2014 enacted level and an increase of $327   million above the President's request.
