I am supris...things have to be regulated in the US. I am suprised (I don't know why) that some of the 3rd world countries are taking better care of the enviroment. Perhaps Obama should send his 'enviromental group' to the top ten countries and learn how they try and reduce the impact on the planet. Come on 300 million people should not be responsible for 43% of the total polution. SHAME !!!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32275524.post-34998573261469651852008-02-19T22:01:00.000-05:002008-02-19T22:01:00.000-05:00Fact. The water could be cleaner, the air could be cleaner, our land could be cleaner and there are many Superfund sites waiting to be cleaned up. What is one thing everybody wants to have? A good bill of health. Rich or poor pollution affects us all. The economy is poor at the present time and there is trouble in the middle east. The United States debt is high and jobs are going away. All of things things are going on but we can still have a cleaner and less polluted United States in the years to come. Washington has not done a good job addressing these pollution problems. Automakers are not the ones to blame. Everybody who runs a company can run a cleaner company with less pollution. There is a huge opportunity to create so many jobs in the United States to address the pollution problem. Why cant the United States be the cleanest least polluted place on the planet? It can and everybody would benefit including the world. Now is the time for investment in the United states for clean energy and less pollution. We can create our own jobs and bring back the American dream. Bring back a clean AMERICA!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
